It's Not Rocket Science

Coaching standards must improve for the game to fundamentally change .... people must buy in to trying something different .... what we have is clearly not working ..... if it were , Ireland & England to name but two would be competing for World Cups .... sadly , we are way off this at this moment in time ..... remember however to keep it simple .... never assume the players know what your talking about .... constantly check their understanding before challenging them at a higher level ........
